Pre-expansion patch notes for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands has been released, with more on the way November 17th. The series of changes between the live game and expansion are so staggering that they required their own table of contents, with updates highlighted in gold so players could determine what was new with this latest patch.
On Friday the 13th, at 2PM EST, World of Warcraft is going all in on a Shadowlands Beta on the Torghast realm. The plan is to set the conditions for the Shadowlands launch, and test the transition between Battle for Azeroth to Shadowlands, they request players join them for the test.
Keystone Masters are hosting a Mythic Dungeon Invitational for World of Warcraft set to take place on Shadowlands beta servers on November 13.
Blizzard has put out a call for players to beat back the scourge in the latest World of Warcraft event, which will be a prelude to the Shadowlands expansion. The pre-launch event known as Death Rising, will require that you gain intel in the areas around Stormwind and Orgrimmar, and report to the Argent Crusade.
World of Warcraft is free to play for players up to a certain point, but there are plenty of fans who have left Azeroth for one reason or another. Those players, who might have to pay the sub just to jump back in a for a few days, have a chance to check out what’s changed since the last time they were in the World…of Warcraft thanks to a Welcome Back Weekend.
The hotfixes for World of Warcraft are meant to fix several issues for both the Battle for Azeroth and Classic versions of the game. Some fixes will take effect immediately with the patch, though Blizzard has said that some fixes will not go into effect until a scheduled realm restart completes.

Today, Blizzard has announced that third input broadcasting software (such as levelbuddy) will no longer be tolerated in World of Warcraft. This type of software is often used for Multiboxing (one person playing multiple accounts at the same time), but can also be used for botting, all of which Blizzard believes to be detrimental to the game.
In a series of short World of Warcraft videos, Blizzard shows Ardenweald, Revrendreth, Bastion and Maldraxxus "from above", though from the videos shown, the view angles are far more intimate than that. Each video is less than a minute, with the first released late last week, not long after the new release date for Shadowlands was announced.
