General: Sentinels Of The Multiverse Released For iOS & Android
Sentinels of the Multiverse: The Video Game, a comic-book themed TCG, has been released for both iOS and Android phones after previously being available only for tablets and PC. The new version of the game will allow cooperative cross-platform play among all available versions.
Hex: Shards of Fate: Herofall To Bring New Cards To The Table
Gameforge and Hex Entertainment have announced the first details about the next expansion to Hex: Shards of Fate. Called Herofall, additional content will include 275 new cards and the first Cosmic Crown Showdown tournament.
EVE Online: Preliminary Patch Notes For August 9 Released
The preliminary patch notes for the EVE Online updated scheduled for August 9th have been released on the game’s official site. The Contracts system will be going live in this update which will allow players to exchange goods and auction items from within the Citadels.
Pokemon Go: Iran Bans The Hunt
The Iranian government has made a ruling that Pokemon Go will be banned in its country. Iran’s High Council Of Virtual Spaces cited security concerns about how much data Niantic can access about players through the game’s servers. Other sources, including the BBC, have indicated that the ban came as a result of failed negotiations between Iran and Niantic about new terms for the game’s presence.
Uncharted Waters Online: Barca Solar Update Sets Sail
The second chapter of Episode Atlantis has been released to Uncharted Waters Online servers. Called Barca Solar, the updated includes transmutation alchemy, a new location called Ancient Ganador, new quests, maps and ships.
VSFighting 2016 Streaming from Birmingham, UK
This weekend, Electronic Dojo presents to you one of the United Kingdom’s largest fighting game events, VSFighting 2016. Like last year, VSFighting is part of the Capcom Pro Tour as a ranking tournament, giving players of the UK a chance to score ranking points and possibly qualify for the Europe regional finals later this year. Other titles in this year’s line-up include Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR-, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat XL, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
A few players from the US will be making their presence known at this year’s VSFighting, together with some of Europe’s best. Players attending include EG|K-Brad, EVB|Chris Tatarian, brenttiscool, RB|Luffy, Valmaster, PXP|Problem X, FA|Ryan Hart, UM|imstilldadaddy, PRLS|Packz, PRLS|Afii, GXC|Damascus, HCL|Pro Fluke, PXP|A F0xy Grampa, Jupe, PND|Ketchup, PND|Mustard and many more.
