General: Skier Killed During Filming Steep Promo for Ubisoft

Professional skier Matilda Rapaport has died due to injuries sustained after being caught in an avalanche in Chile while filming a live-action promotional ad for Ubisoft’s upcoming game ‘Steep’. The accident took place in the Andes Mountains near the town of Farellones. Despite medical care after the accident, Rapaport succumbed to her injuries several days later.

Flyff Gold: Turning Point Part 1 Coming August 16th

Flyff will be getting a new content expansion on August 16th. Called Turning Point Part 1, players will be able to experience new quests and much more. In addition, server merges for both American and German servers will be implemented after the release of Turning Point Part 1, a long-awaited community request.

Street Fighter V’s Dolls Strut Their Stuff in desk’s Latest Combo Video

Shadaloo’s Dolls are the Street Fighter V General Story Mode‘s breakout stars and fierce opponents (at least, on the Extra playthrough), built with almost complete movesets–and desk’s latest combo video features what they are capable of. Now, the Dolls aren’t technically playable, and desk doesn’t use hacks in his videos, so what he shows off in this video isn’t based on his inputs specifically–these combos are what the Dolls do on their own, with SFV’s CPU AI, with a little encouragement. Enero is very aggressive with her megaphone, and Marz is definitely violating her laptop’s warranty.

Seeing what the Dolls can do–even in their current state, seems such a shame to leave them as mere AI opponents in General Story Mode. Here’s hoping we see more of them in the future of the game.
