The new playable Pokémon, which is set to be revealed on July 14, will be part of an update coming to the arcade version of the game on July 20.
If you missed the video from E3 that hinted at this announcement, you can find that here.

Anyone who has kept an eye on registration numbers knows that Evo 2016 has already broken more than its share of records. Those records include Street Fighter V surpassing all historical registration highs in a single game in a matter of four days.
This incredible number of competitors eager to show their skill at Capcom’s latest offering is a testament to how much the fighting game community has grown in recent years, and how much potential growth still stands to be seen. And while such a massive turnout is certainly exciting in its own right, we’re proud to announce that Evo 2016 will not only be showcasing the largest gathering of fighting game competition on record, it will also be reaching an incredible number of viewers.
On Sunday, July 17, ESPN2 is set to televise Evo’s Street Fighter V World Championship live from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Coverage for the event will begin at 7 PM PDT (10 PM EDT).

One of the things that was announced as coming alongside Street Fighter V’s July 1 update was a new beach stage and a summer outfit for Karin. Well, it turns out that Karin isn’t the only one getting some new costumes.
Data miners have been able to discover a bunch of new outfits for the gals of Street Fighter V. First up, we get a peek at the summer outfits for Chun-Li, Laura, R. Mika, and Cammy. These swimsuits are full of extra details, such as Laura wearing Sean’s basketball jersey over hers, and Cammy wearing all sorts of pouches and a cap similar to one from her old Street Fighter Alpha costume.
In addition to these, it seems that at least one of the girls is set for a night out on the town. Cammy, it seems, will have a new premium outfit consisting of a little black dress topped with a fuzzy fur jacket.
A new video has been released by Piranha Bytes that shows off locations in ELEX and sets the mood of the game world. The video was created using pre-alpha footage and features a wide variety of locations, monsters, a bit of combat and a look at some NPCs. See what you think and leave us your thoughts in the comments.
