Abel’s propensity for sick resets is nothing new. The French mercenary has been rolling his way to victory after popping opponents skyward with his crouching fierce for years now, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t always creative new ways for him to make his enemies’ heads spin.
When in the middle of the screen, his reset options become pretty easy to judge, as the same buttons tend to produce the same results as far as Abel’s placement at the end of his roll is concerned. But as you’ll see in this video from Anon823, the corner is an entirely different story. It seems that with something as simple as a slight delayed button press, Abel can select the side on which he will appear at the end of his roll.
