Live Broadcasts Scheduled for Upcoming BlazBlue: Central Fiction Location Tests

While public demonstrations are an amazing way to connect with the community that plays your game, their very nature often excludes folks who live outside the regions in which they are being held. Fortunately, Taito has organized a series of live broadcasts for Arc System Works’ upcoming BlazBlue: Central Fiction location tests in Japan. Sure, it’s not the same as actually playing the game yourself, but it’s the next best thing if you can’t travel half-way across the world to play video games.

If you’re interested in checking these streams out, you’ll find a full broadcast schedule below. Bear in mind that each location will have their very own UStream page, so be sure to keep them all bookmarked.

General: Is There a Better Alternative to Questing?

Is There a Better Alternative to Questing?

Games like EverQuest and World of Warcraft have given us so much, providing the conceptual framework for the majority of MMOs that have been released over the past decade plus. Most contemporary MMORPGs, although distinct in their own right, emulate one or more tropes from their predecessors, which in turn were inspired by other video games and pen-and-paper RPGs.

Nash Glitch Creates Mind-Boggling Crossup Situations in Street Fighter V

At this point in the Street Fighter V beta, glitches are to be expected; that’s part of the reason to run this sort of test. One recently discovered glitch affords Nash a mixup into a reset opportunity that will likely leave opponents scratching their heads and wondering where their health went.

While spending some time in the lab, EyeOfThundera822 noticed that the returning fighter can use his V-Trigger in specific situations to produce a crossup that looks nothing at all like a crossup. We can’t be certain that this maneuver will survive into later builds, nor can we be certain that it made it into the most recent build shown off at Gamescom.

Considering the fact that the game’s recent build has seen shifts in how crossup detection works, there’s a good chance this issue will be going the way of the fake crossup. But just in case it doesn’t, you can check out some practical applications for tacking on some unexpected damage in the video below.
