This implicates a need of an open world – a really open one, without loading screens or invisible barriers at every turn. A world which would be as much believable and alive as possible.

Ed Boon Promises Mortal Kombat X “News and Klues” During Next Week’s Kombat Kast

It’s been some time since NetherRealm Studios graced our screens with one of their Kombat Kasts, but the Mortal Kombat X program is about to return next Monday.

According to creative director Ed Boon, fans can expect details on upcoming patch notes as well as “news and klues” concerning…something. It isn’t really clear what, if anything, is going to be revealed during the show, but it’s likel to keep fans speculating until they go live.

Be sure to tune in on August 31 at around 3 PM CDT (2 PM PDT, 4 PM EDT) to watch the broadcast live.
