Learn the Secrets of Birdie’s Chains in Street Fighter V

One of Birdie’s most important tools is his Hanging Chain, a ranged attack that uses his chain (as expected) to grab an opponent from afar. What some Birdie players may not know is that this move actually has different properties depending on the distance from which it is used.

In a new video, Nurtrient demonstrates how both the medium and heavy versions of Birdie’s Hanging Chain recover faster when they hit an opponent from afar. This means that he can follow up with a combo from a meaty afterwards on hit; doing so with the close version requires a counter hit.
