Justin Wong and More for Blade Arcus on Thursday
Degica Games is keeping busy on the promotional trail of their newest title Blade Arcus, and now fans of the game have even more to look forward to, come Thursday.
Firstly, Thursday will see the release of a new patch for Blade Arcus: this patch’s goal is to improve the netcode of the game. There are no balance updates involved in this patch.
Secondly, Degica Games will have none other than Evil Geniuses’ Justin Wong on their Thursday Night Fights stream this week. The stream will start at 7:00 PM PST, and will feature Wong playing some Blade Arcus and Koihime Enbu matches, along with semi-hourly giveaways. If you are interested in how to play either of these titles, watching one of the best in the business at breaking down game mechanics will certainly be a helpful tool!

Street Fighter II: The Definitive Soundtrack New Vinyl Pressing Available for Pre-Order
Last year, we reported that Brave Wave Productions had partnered with Capcom and original Street Fighter II composer Yoko Shimomura to produce a remastered version of the original Street Fighter II soundtrack, in both digital and vinyl formats: Street Fighter II: The Definitive Soundtrack.
Of course, the album quickly sold out upon release. As of the time and date of this posting, the cheapest eBay listing has the album going for just under $125 USD. However, If you missed out the first time around, Brave Wave recently announced some good news through partner Tiny Mix Tapes:
FIGHT! "Street Fighter II" soundtrack get re-pressed in 4xLP boxset (@bravewavemusic) https://t.co/GMEASrvc3O pic.twitter.com/1ysPSPjw9L
— Tiny Mix Tapes (@tinymixtapes) October 12, 2016
You can pre-order a copy from the re-press here for $75.00 USD. The album description from Mondo states that the “soundtrack release includes new remasters of both CPS-1 and CPS-2 versions of the arcade game, extracted directly from the arcade boards and approved by original composer Yoko Shimomura.”
A soundtrack like this definitely deserves another press and release!
