Alex Jebailey Will Be the Head Tournament Organizer and Event Planner for DreamHack in 2017

When he announced that he was leaving Avyd, Alex Jebailey originally stated that he was going to focus full-time on his Community Effort Orlando. However, it seems that he’s once again being called to help organize fighting game events for another esports organization.

In a recent Tweet, Jebailey has announced that he is will be the head fighting game community tournament organizer and event planner for DreamHack in 2017.

Excited to announce I will be the Head #FGC TO & event planner for @DreamHack 2017! See you in Austin, Atlanta, Denver, Montreal & Sweden!

With this, Jebailey will be involved in all the fighting game tournaments at all of DreamHack’s events next year. That said, he will still be focusing on CEO as well, and will actually miss DreamHack Summer 2017 due to scheduling conflicts with CEO 2017.

Activision-Blizzard has had a banner quarter with non-GAAP earnings per share up 145% over the same quarter in 2015 and 58% over 2015 in overall non-GAAP revenue. The non-GAAP earnings for Q3 2016 is $1.57B as compared to $990M in 2015.
