R2Games has announced that God Wars will be ready to begin closed beta testing starting later today. Players will enjoy customizable characters and “a strong emphasis on social and guild activities” all while moving through boss battles, running dungeons, challenging leaderboards and much more.

Fairytale Distillery has opened the doors of The Exiled as it launches on Steam Early Access. Anyone who is interested in seeing what the game is all about is invited to head to Steam to try it for free and without restrictions for an entire week.

City of Titans – Team Demos Procedural Building Tools

The City of Titans team has sent out a brand new trailer to show off the procedural tool used to create the game. The Builder allows the dev team to automate the process of building cities within the game, “enabling in seconds what normally takes hours”.

Mass Effect: Andromeda – Building on Shepard’s Legacy

Last week, I was privileged to get to go to EA’s Redwood City office for a special Mass Effect Andromeda session with the devs that came complete with over an hour’s worth of game time in the highly anticipated title. Bioware has done a masterful job blending the past with the future, the old with the new to create a new game that is a worthy successor to Shepard’s Legacy.
