Did You Know Gaming delves into the Tekken franchise

Get ready for the next battle with this set of Tekken trivia!

Tekken 7 has nearly arrived worldwide, and while players are surely honing their skills by playing earlier titles, there is more than enough reason to brush up on some Tekken series trivia as well. Did You Know Gaming recently released a new video highlighting facts and Easter eggs all throughout the franchise’s twenty-two-year history. Viewers will learn about the series’ origins, developments based on fan feedback, controversies, and a whole variety of other bits of interesting information.

The video is narrated by YouTube user Caddicarus, who also created a separate retrospective on the first three Tekken titles, for those interested in taking their Mishima family knowledge even further.

Tekken 7 will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 2–featuring new characters, new mechanics, and a new story mode that will act as the “Final Chapter of the Mishima Blood Saga.”

Street Fighter V bug prevents Alex from doing a Slash Elbow after landing an Air Knee Smash

One of Alex’s best tools to close space and cover ground quickly in Street Fighter V is his Slash Elbow. However, a strange bug has been discovered that prevents him from doing this move after landing an Air Knee Smash on his opponent.

In the video below, Monokeros demonstrates the bug, showing that while Alex cannot perform his Slash Elbow, he can still perform moves such as Air Stampede and Head Crush. With both of the latter being down-charge moves, while slash Elbow requiring a back-charge instead, the theory is that landing Air Knee Smash somehow makes the game reset the timing on the back charge. This is supported by the fact that by holding back long enough after the animation from Air Knee Smash’s recovery ends, Alex is able to finally pull off a Slash Elbow.

Results and footage from Super TSB: Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- tournament and exhibitions

Super TSB ran this weekend, and while TSB is the name of the typical monthly gathering at New York City’s Next Level, this wasn’t just any tournament. A lot of top Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- and BlazBlue: Central Fiction players made the trip to participate in the tournament, play casuals, and show some exhibitions.

First up, we have footage and results from Guilty Gear contained in a playlist from TSB|Blaze’s stream.  The YouTube clips start with top 8 matches. If you want to rush ahead to the Grand Finals, here’s the link to the Guilty Gear matches.
