Armored Warfare – Site Updates – Community Q&A, New Tank Incoming

The Armored Warfare site has been updated with a pair of articles to give players lots of new information about what is going on in the game and what is coming over time. The team participated in a community Q&A session that covered a number of topics including the addition of a Tank Destroyer branch, the removal of artillery from PvP and upcoming changes to the match-making system.

VesperArcade tries out the buffed Ryu online in Street Fighter V’s PC CFN beta test

VesperArcade has done a bang-up job of breaking down the changes that are coming to Street Fighter V in this April’s balance patch. However, it’s one thing to break down a list of changes, it’s another to to actually test those out in the game!

With Street Fighter V recently having a free PC beta to test the upcoming CFN changes, VesperArcade took this chance to try out the changes to Ryu. Now, Ryu is currently one of those characters that just doesn’t feel as strong to most players as he did in Season 1. In his previous video, Vesper stated that Ryu’s buffs would help him, but that they wouldn’t be enough. Does his prediction come true? Check out how he does online with Ryu version 2.1 in the video below.

Andre Ward-Sergey Kovalev rematch set for June 17

IBF, WBA and WBO light heavyweight champion Andre Ward (31-0, 15 KOs) will fight previous titleholder Sergey Kovalev (30-1-1, 26 KOs) in a rematch on June 17 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
Ward will defend the world titles he won from Kovalev by a disputed unanimous decision last November.
Kovalev scored a second round knockdown but the American battled back to win the closely fought contest -114-113 on all three scorecards.
The Russian has exercised his right to an immediate rematch.

– Five Things MMO Fans Need to Get Over

I’ll start right off – this list is going to ruffle feathers. But also, if you actually read this far before getting angry with me, note – I am guilty of each of these five things myself. The MMO Genre is in the middle of the awkward teenage years (even if it’s closer to drinking age). At this time in our favorite pastime’s life, it’s natural to be brazen d*ckheads bicking with anyone and everyone about every little thing we think is important or righteous.

– Ship of Heroes Seeking $400k in New Kickstarter Initiative

Heroic Games is launching its Ship of Heroes Kickstarter initiative beginning today. Backers have just over a month to get involved to help raise $400,000 in pledges to move the game to a playable alpha phase. Funds taken in over the $400k mark will be used to progress SoH towards release.
