TERA – Harrowhold Returning July 11th in Dragonsire’s Revenge

Dragonsire’s Revenge is the name of the next update coming to TERA. It is set to be deployed on Tuesday, July 11th and will bring with it the return of the Harrowhold 20-player raid dungeon. According to devs, Harrowhold has been adjusted to provide a better challenge and better rewards to participants.

Splitframe will be bringing Evo-branded fightstick bags and hoodies to Evo 2017

Dress yourself (and your arcade stick) in Evo style.

Splitframe is coming to Evo 2017 — and bringing along official premium Evo-branded FGC gear. You’ll be able to show your dedication to the fight with this Evo hoodie, or an Evo fightstick carrier bag (large enough to fit the Qanba Dragon):

Durable, stylish, and high-quality, both items take advantage of water-resistant DWR technology. These will be available at Arcade Shock’s booth at Evo-only prices, to be announced next week. Watch out for Splitframe’s new Groove Tech hoodies, which will be there, too! You can also place a pre-order through Splitframe online.

Crowfall – Skill Training Streamlined, Graphically Enhanced

The Crowfall Skill Training system has undergone a major revision, both graphically and through streamlining of the system overall. Most notably, skill advancement will occur through a “pip system”. Each skill will have five available pips that will roughly progress at the same rate as the “old” 0-100 system. At regular intervals, players will see a “pip” appear to show advancement in the skill with stat gains being applied once a pip is earned.

Striiiike! Tekken Bowling returns in Tekken 7’s first DLC pack

Forget new characters or new stages — Bandai Namco has announced that the first DLC pack for Tekken 7 will bring back the much-loved Tekken Bowling mini-game. Now named “Ultimate Tekken Bowling,” this mini-game has been completely redone for Tekken 7, complete with HD graphics and some new twists on ten-pin bowling. If you’ve ever want to see Heihachi celebrate after scoring a turkey, now is your chance.

Along with Tekken Bowling, this update will add several new costumes to Tekken 7. I’m hoping for some bowling shirts for Bob, and the ability to dress Akuma up as a giant bowling pin. This DLC will launch sometime in August, with the next two DLC packs adding special guest characters. With Harada recently meeting with Arc System Works, I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a Guilty Gear character like Sol Badguy on the roster soon.
