Diablo 3 – Blizz Looking to Hire Production Director with ‘Massive Multiplayer Game Dev Experience’

We already know that Blizzard has no plans to make any significant (or any at all) announcements at this year’s Blizzcon with regard to the Diablo franchise. However, a new posting on the site for a Production Director has caught our eye. The job looks for a candidate “to bring the Diablo franchise into the future”. While the usual requirements for the job are fairly standard, the “Pluses” section is what has caught our eye.

Mu Legend – Frontier Pack FAQ Published, Included Items Unlock for a Single Character

The MU Legend Facebook page has been updated with a handy and extensive FAQ about the Frontier Packs that are now for sale as the game preps for Open Beta. The usual sorts of questions are asked, but one in particular caught our attention: The included items are not unlocked account-wide, but only on a single character.

Bless – Japanese Closed Beta Registrations Open with 10k to be Chosen for CBT2

The second Japanese Bless closed beta test will run from October 12th through October 16th. Registrations for possible inclusion have started and will be open until October 10th, with 10,000 registrants chosen to participate in CBT2. All players in CBT2 will receive an in-game t-shirt provided several tasks are completed during the event.

Dark Age of Camelot – 16th Anniversary ‘Come Back to Camelot’ Campaign & Event Happenings Detailed

The Dark Age of Camelot site has been updated with a long post to lay out all details about the game’s 16th anniversary celebration. Players are invited to “Come Back to Camelot” for 20 days of free game time all through the month of October. If your account has been inactive for 60+ days and you left in good standing, you are eligible for the promotion.
