Hellboy comes to Injustice 2 on November 14th
Hell, it’s about time you showed up. Rounding out Fighter Pack 2, the half-demon Hellboy is joining the Injustice 2 roster next month. He will be available for Early Access players on November 14th, with everyone getting a chance to play the surly paranormal investigator later in the month.
Hellboy is a bit of an all-rounder based on the footage from his gameplay trailer — able to fight at a distance with his oversized revolver and holy relics, while being capable up-close thanks to his Right Hand of Doom. His trait has him tapping into the gauntlet’s power, giving him what looks like infinite armor for a short time. He can also use the sword Excalibur for certain strings, as well as a vial of holy water which proceeds a wave which travels along the bottom of the screen.
While he may not be the fastest fighter, Hellboy looks to be a threat at any range, with him being especially dangerous up close. There is one Fighter Pack left following Hellboy’s release, with one of the characters being confirmed as the shapeshifting Atom. All you Spawn fans, best keep your fingers crossed.

Red Bull releasing five special edition Street Fighter 30th Anniversary cans that unlock Street Fighter V content
Cracking open a Red Bull next month can get you some in-game Street Fighter V swag.
Red Bull already has big plans to mark the 30th Anniversary of Street Fighter with all the goodies they have planned for Red Bull Battle Grounds, but that’s not all they have on the way to mark the occasion. Starting on November 1st, Red Bull will release five special edition Street Fighter cans of their energy drink, decorated with the likenesses of Chun-Li, Guile, Ken, Ryu, and Zangief.

The cans feature not only Street Fighter V character art, but each will have codes under the tab that can be redeemed for in-game content (such as Red Bull skins) on the PlayStation 4 version of the game. A scan-to-unlock Snapcode on the can will reveal unique Street Fighter filters tied to the specific character on the can, with one can unlocking an interactive lens. You can redeem multiple codes, and they will be valid to redeem until next April.
The cans will be available in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Germany, and Italy, so you’ll want to keep an eye out for these cans in those regions next month. Head over to Red Bull’s Street Fighter page for more info as it arises.

Marvel Heroes Omega – Omega Prestige: A Return to Sanity
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a piece highlighting the terrible implementation of Omega Prestige in Marvel Heroes. Prestige, a system originally designed as a fun activity meant for personal achievement or showing off dedication, was now tied to endgame progression, forcing players to participate if they wanted to get the most out of their heroes.
