FrameWhisperer breaks down the tendencies of Tekken 7’s online players, by rank

Online will never be a perfect substitute for offline play, but it’s also foolish to ignore the long history of “online warriors” that have transitioned their grind to offline results. Since online has been proven to be an effective learning tool across many games, FrameWhisperer Tekken has developed a lesson plan for you to try out — if offline is your only option for regular Tekken play.

This video goes through the ranking system of Tekken 7 and breaks down the general habits and weaknesses of players at each rank grouping. If you’ve found yourself stuck at a rank and wondered what you needed to work on to move forward, FrameWhisperer‘s guide will give you the help you need.

Maximilian, D1, Sonic Fox, & Perfect Legend to battle in Dragon Ball FighterZ exhibitions at the TWT Finals

At next month’s Tekken World Tour Finals in San Francisco, we won’t just be determining who is truly the King of Iron Fist, but we’ll also witness a war for the Dragon Balls. Maximilian, Echo Fox’s Dominique “Sonic Fox” McLean, D’Ron “D1” Maingrette, and Stream.me’s Carl “Perfect Legend” White will all be competing in Dragon Ball FighterZ invitational exhibition matches.

Additionally, there will be playable stations at the venue with the game available all night, for spectators to try their hand at the new title — similarly to what Tekken 7 is doing with DLC guest character Geese Howard. You can see the Facebook post about the event below:

The Tekken World Tour Finals will take place on November 12th at the City View at Metreon in San Francisco, California.
