Wondering what it takes to get good at Tekken 7? TheMainManSWE has a few important tips for you

After many years of streaming and creating educational Tekken content, TheMainManSWE has become something of a pillar in the online Tekken community. Since Tekken 7‘s launch he’s created many popular combo videos, character tutorials, and gameplay guides — some of which can be found here on Shoryuken.

In response to several requests from followers and fans of his content, TheMainManSWE uses one of his latest videos to put into his own words what it takes to “git gud” at Tekken  7. In a manner that is both conversational and concise, he manages to hammer down a solid set of Tekken tips and philosophies in just under 10 minutes.

While he is of the opinion that a lot of what people say it takes to master Tekken is hyperbolic, he does agree that it takes a lot of “passion and motivation” to become a top player.

Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will be playable at PAX South this weekend

Arcade Edition gets some more time in the limelight before its big launch next week!

If you want to get your hands on Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition a bit early (and aren’t lucky enough to just find a disc), there’s another chance on the way. As part of Capcom’s presentations at PAX South in San Antonio, Texas this weekend (January 12-14), Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will be available for attendees to try out in advance of its January 16 release date.

Rift – Community Memorials Honor Beloved Player

On December 20th 2017, a tragic accident occurred taking the life of teenager Nikita Hedingham also known in Rift on her personally created character as Wintercharm. This heart wrenching news reached the Rift gaming community via her mother sending shock waves of disbelief and sadness into a community that is fairly tight knit especially within the dimension building sector that Wintercharm was a well-loved member.
