Similarities compared between Broly footage and Android 16 in Dragon Ball FighterZ

Broly has been confirmed as the first of the two DLC characters for Dragon Ball FighterZ, and we’ve finally caught some glimpse of the giant in action in his trailer. While we don’t know his entire moveset yet, the trailer revealed some animations, and a few of Broly’s attacks.

YouTube channel Overload has posted an interesting comparison video that points out some similarities with another character from the cast: Android 16. Not everything aligns closely, but a few of the attacks look quite similar to Android 16’s. Their intro animations look almost identical, and their auto-combo shares a grab attack. Both also use an air grab to bring the opponent crashing down onto the stage. Their projectiles are definitely different, though.

Maybe Broly isn’t that much of a “copy&#8221$$ but rather, by looking at similarities with Android 16, players can begin to figure out how Broly can fit into a team.

Lore-wise, Broly is not technically a canon character, based instead on appearances in Dragon Ball Z side movies. Check out Broly’s announcement trailer and some Dragon Ball FighterZ avatar gear that will be included.

Rumored JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Chrono Crusaders game to be developed by French Bread confirmed fake

After a recent whirlwind of rumors regarding a potentially upcoming JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure fighting game developed by Soft Circle French Bread, new details have emerged that have — unfortunately — confirmed that the “leak” is fake.

A fan on Twitter recently questioned voice actress Kira Buckland, who was rumored to be voicing Jolyne Cujoh in the game — supposedly titled JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Chrono Crusaders — who replied that though she was flattered, she’d never heard of this project before. Sean Chiplock, the supposed English voice of Giorno Giovanna commented that, “It’s a very funny JoJoke.”

Additionally, DasVergeben’s “source” reached out to him, noting that he made it all up in an effort to “teach him a lesson,” though he apologized and claimed that “[He] wants to help [him] become legitimate.”

Finally, DasVergeben solemnly commented, “One day we will get a great JoJo fighting game again. Well, hopefully,” and will be severing ties with this source going forward, since he was already openly doubting his claims due to their extravagance and detail. As always, this is just a reminder to question any sort of rumor report before any type of official confirmation. It’s certainly a disappointing development — hearing Dan Southworth voicing Yoshikage Kira was something I was personally looking forward to! Shut down the fake pressure of Street Fighter V’s Abigail with Emezie Okorafor’s latest guide

In every game and at every point in the FGC’s history, there has always been a belligerent character that grinds the nerves of its player base. In Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, for the moment at least, it seems like that character is Abigail.

This goofy, high-damage grappler has been doing fairly well in tournaments around the world lately. Emezie Okorafor‘s latest (excellent) tutorial hopes to mitigate some of Abigail’s more common gimmicks before the Capcom Pro Tour 2018 season begins.
