Everyone has a fighting chance
From now through April 9th, Defiance players can head into the game to take part in the 4-in-1 Armistice Event. During the simultaneous events, players can take part in Hunker Hell, Neo Votanis Freebooters, New Frontier Harvest and Outbreak. In addition, there is a new Outbreak with four tiers available that will help players earn EGO and Achievement points.
The first Premier event of this year’s Capcom Pro Tour — Final Round 2018 — has just wrapped up, and the Street Fighter V competition was as fierce as ever, if not more so. You can see for yourself in the replay videos below from the event’s exciting top 8 matches: newly-sponsored by Panda Global, Infiltration (the tournament champion) was on point with his dangerous (and frustrating) Menat, while Echo Fox|Tokido was a deadly menace to all that crossed his path — Tokido genuinely looked like he was enjoying it, too!
NuckleDu was in good form with his Guile, and you can also see Nemo’s oppressive Urien, Gachikun’s slippery Rashid, Verloren’s deadly Cammy, and DATA NEON’s chilling Kolin battling for the top spot. Rocket League has been updated to bring the Flower Power event online. Flower Power will be running from today through April 9th. The event features a Spring Fever crate that can be dropped while playing online, unlocked during the event’s special “flowers” currency or purchased outright from the in-game shop. In addition to the crate, players can score ten new items including lots of flowery items and even wheels that are literally donuts!

If you’re a Wild West Online alpha player, you’ll be happy to hear that the big patch to bring both overhauled and new systems into the game is coming sometime this week (March 19-24). There is no specific date for release, but it’s worth noting that “accounts will be wiped and you will receive all your default account items back including Treasury Land deeds etc.”. The full patch notes are being prepared for release later today or early tomorrow.

For a while now, we’ve known about the release dates for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle for Japan and North America. But this begs the question — what about Europe? Well, now we have a general idea of when the game will be coming out in that region as well.
PQube has announced that they’re will be bringing BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle to Europe this summer. While Arc System Works will be self-publishing the game in Japan and North America, the UK-based publisher will be handling the game’s release on both PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch in Europe.
Though it’s not an exact date, at least Europeans now have a general idea of when they’ll be getting the game in their regions. More importantly, they know that they’ll be getting in just about the same time as other regions — something that hasn’t always been the case with Arc System Works fighting games.
For interested players, pre-orders for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle in Europe are now open on PQube’s online store.

As for other regions, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle launches on PlayStation 4 and Switch on May 31 in Japan, and June 5 in North America.
