Combonauts and Persona Entertainment show off what Blue Mary can do in these combo exhibitions for The King of Fighters XIV
KOF combo enthusiasts explore the potential of the returning fan-favorite fighter.
Alongside the other fighters that arrived in The King of Fighters XIV‘s latest patch as DLC, returning fighter Blue Mary has proven unsurprisingly popular. Combonauts wants to demonstrate Blue Mary’s combo potential — and with some generous use of Max Mode, we can see the generally impractical (but entertaining, naturally) far reaches of Blue mary’s combo game here.
Combonauts is hardly the only content creator jumping in to show off what Blue Mary is capable of; check out even more combo craziness in this video from from Persona Entertainement:
The King of Fighters XIV has a version 3.01 patch on the way to correct some minor bugs that came along with Blue Mary’s arrival.

VesperArcade goes through all currently-known info on Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition’s Falke
Thanks to the preview gameplay given to us by WinnerStaysOn, we’re starting to get a clearer image of how Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition‘s newest DLC character, Falke, might play. But if you don’t have the hours to look through gameplay footage from WSO, that’s fine: VesperArcade‘s gathered all the info we have on the Psycho-clone in this helpful video below:
Falke is shaping up to be a slower-moving, defensive zoner with big buttons and ambiguous air approaches. This long range, patient style is a gap many players feel is under represented in SFV — we’ll get to see how she fares on the battlefield on April 24th.

Pick up For Honor once again with this video tutorial aimed at fighting game players
The warriors of For Honor might pick up their mantles and swords once again. Ubisoft just recently a fairly big content patch with a robust Training Mode. The game saw a little bit of success in the fighting game community… but it didn’t really stick. If the news is making you reconsider dusting off your copy of the game, then take a look at this tutorial video designed with fighting game players in mind.
While certainly not a traditional fighting game (and the odds may not always be in your favor, either), having good fundamentals will certainly be helpful in convincing enemies to depart the world of the living. The meat of the combat in For Honor is in the three stances, one for each side, and top. A player will block incoming attacks from those specific sides as well as attack in that direction. Between light and heavy attacks, this opens a pretty diverse move list. As for defense, there’s blocking, parrying, and dodging, and each technique carries a different scale of risk and rewards. To break up a turtling player, approach them for a throw.
Check out the tutorial below, and make sure to take advantage of the new For Honor Training Mode to become a successful warrior.
