ELEAGUE 2018 Street Fighter V Invitational (Group B) streaming live

The ELEAGUE Street Fighter V Invitational for 2018 continues! Today, Group B will fight it out in a series of round-robin matches — followed by a short double-elimination bracket — to determine who will move forward into the top 8 for Playoffs. Today’s competitors are:

  • Echo Fox|Punk
  • Echo Fox|Momochi
  • NVD|Phenom
  • CYG BST|Fuudo
  • 801 Strider
  • Commander Jesse

The action starts at 3:00 PM ET — 12:00 PM PT — on ELEAGUE’s Twitch channel. (In the event of streaming trouble, check their YouTube channel as well.)

Pro wrestlers Xavier Woods and Kenny Omega will settle their feud in Street Fighter V at E3

Street Fighter V will be their ring!

Star WWE wrestler Xavier Woods (Austin Creed) and independent wrestler Kenny Omega have been feuding for a while now, healthily trash-talking each other via Twitter, dissing each other’s Street Fighter V skills.

They certainly respect each other as wrestlers, but when it comes to their fighting game skills, it’s another story. So, of course, Capcom is going to capitalize on this rivalry and will grant a digital ring to the fighters at E3. The two have faced each other before at CEO 2016, where Kenny Omega beat Xavier Woods. This continued into 2017, where Woods had his revenge. Sitting at 1-1, this year is looking to be the reckoning.

The two talk about their rivalry below:

This will actually be a team battle exhibition, so each wrestler will be joined by two mysterious teammates. The rivalry will be settled at 1:00 PM PT, June 14th, during this year’s E3 — and broadcast on the Capcom Fighter’s Twitch channel.

Guild Wars 2 – Hitting the Right Note

I’m going through a part of Guild Wars 2 that is often celebrated but rarely explored. While I had a chance to talk to ArenaNet about the tech behind their graphical updates during our hands on for A Bug in the System, it occurred to me that most of us rarely notice all the ways the development team build the world around us and never notice that this is probably one of the most diverse soundtracks you’ll hear.
