Mui Mui officially announced for SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy

Some time back, the trophy list for SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy hinted at a couple of characters being added into the game… now, SNK has officially announced another one of them via a new trailer.

Joining the cast of SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is Mui Mui, originally from the SNK pachislot game Dragon Gal. First making her fighting game debut in The King of Fighters XIV, Mui Mui seems to retain most of her stuff from that game — albeit adapted to the new game’s control scheme.

What she does gain are a couple of absurdly cute costumes: one being the expected panda outfit, and one that seems to have all the ruffles in the world on it. Check out the trailer below.

With this, it seems that it’s only a matter of time before we find out how exactly Terry fits into a game supposedly featuring an all-female cast!

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy launches on Switch and PlayStation 4 on September 6 in Japan, and September 7 in the West.

We already knew that My Hero One’s Justice — the upcoming arena fighter from Bandai Namco, based on My Hero Academia — was expected to land sometime in October; that has now been narrowed down to a specific date: fans can “go beyond” on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on October 26, 2018.

Additionally, pre-orders of the title will include “Flame Hero” Endeavor as a bonus playable character — so don’t delay in pledging your allegiance to the United States of Smash if you want to play as All Might’s rival, with his “Hellflame” Quirk!

Gran Torino and Muscular were also recently revealed for the game, and the press release offers some tidbits on the story mode:

MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE gives players the opportunity to experience iconic moments from the MY HERO series like never before, featuring a Story Mode played from the perspective of both the Heroes and the Villains. In addition to the unique story, the game also offers a robust character customization system, enabling players to put their own quirky twists on each Hero and Villain uniform with costume pieces from across the MY HERO universe, such as Eraserhead’s glasses, Katsuki Bakugo’s gauntlets, and even a leg-hugging Minoru Mineta plush.
