Mavericks: The Forge Delayed Until November 29th

The Founders’ closed event for Mavericks: The Forge has been delayed by over two months according to a new post on the game’s official site. The event was to begin on September 20th, but has been pushed to November 29th. Founders will gain access at that time, with a public launch slated to go live several weeks later. The post goes on to explain that more time is needed to prepare “more advanced tools” and to focus on infrastructure ahead of the event.

Ninja Makes History as the First-Ever Gamer Featured on an ESPN Magazine Cover

ESPN has revealed the cover of its latest magazine issue, this time featuring Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. This is the first time in the magazine’s history that a gamer has been portrayed on the cover. Ninja is a professional gamer who has gained enormous fame through his Fortnite escapades. Blevins is also the first streamer to have acquired over ten million Twitch followers. Rogue Drones Are Back in EVE Online Through October 1st

From today through October 1st, EVE Online capsuleers can check out the Rogue Drones event that allows them to grab exclusive rewards. There are a number of objectives across the cluster “in a variety of challenges”. Those who sign on will head to Rogue Drone nests to “clear them out of New Eden” to earn Agency points. These can then be used to unlock upgrades. “The bigger the Drones, the bigger the rewards”.
