Evo 2019 returns to Las Vegas, Nevada on August 2-4, 2019! Evo makes its home once again in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Hope you’re ready to start making your plans and preparations as the entirety of the FGC turns their sights on the most prestigious fighting game stage on Earth.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy will have three more DLC characters by February 2019

“We’re triple trouble ya’ll, we’re gonna bring you up to speed, check it out.”

As you may already know, SNK recently announced Miss X as the next addition to the cast of SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy. Now, it turns out that the company has more in store for their experimental fighting game.

At a recent event hosted by Sega, SNK revealed that they are planning to add three more DLC characters to SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy. The characters are expected to arrive by February 2019.

As for Sega’s involvement, the company is the publisher for SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy in Korea, but this doesn’t necessarily mean a Sega character will be involved in the game.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Switch and Miss X is set to release on November 15.

Momochi and ChocoBlanka announce departure from Echo Fox

Just when you thought it was safe to wear orange and blue again.

October’s cuts to the Echo Fox roster seemed to settle down recently, and it was thought that we may have seen the end of it. However, this is not the case.

In a public announcement in both English and Japanese, both Evo 2015 and Capcom Cup 2015 champion Yusuke Momochi and his wife Yuko “ChocoBlanka” Momochi have announced their departure from Echo Fox to “begin a whole new chapter of our life from here.”

They also assured the public that Shinobism (their esports school) and their various other endeavors –including Fudoh — will remain in operation. They then hinted that they will soon “show all of you our new uniform,” while stressing that it won’t be a Shinobism or Fudoh uniform, possibly signifying that they have taken their talents elsewhere.

Wizard101 – The Game is Afoot: Great Detective Bundle

Wizard101 recently fully embraced the “Sherlock Bones” in all of us by creating the Great Detective Bundle. Though I don’t know much about Sherlock Holmes outside of a few well-known quotes (yes, I’m very uncultured), I think the bundle itself is pretty cool on its own. Big fans will get and appreciate the nods, but non-Holmes fans like myself get to go on a hot air balloon ride. Everybody wins!
