Nidhogg II stabs and splatters its way onto Nintendo Switch on November 22

Soon, the Wyrm will feed on a new platform.

Rumblings of MESSHOF’s follow-up to the innovative fencing fighter Nidhogg making its way onto Nintendo’s platform have crystallized into a release date. You’ll soon be able to stab, slash, and offer yourself as tribute to the great Wyrm in the cartoony gorefest Nidhogg II on Switch on November 22.

With its unique style, fantastic soundtrack, and simple-yet-challenging gameplay, Nidhogg II shouldn’t be missed once it hits its new home in late November 2018.

RUMOR: Blizzard Pulled Diablo 4 BlizzCon Tease at the Last Minute

According to “two people familiar with Blizzard’s plans”, co-founder Allen Adhem was going to announce that Diablo 4 was in the works, but not ready to show during last weekend’s BlizzCon. However, it was pulled at the last minute. The rumor comes by way of Kotaku that managed to get off-the-record information from the pair. According to the two, Adham was to make his brief statement at the conclusion of the Diablo Immortal announcement, though no reason why it was removed was revealed.

Ingress Re-Launches as Ingress Prime with Improved Features

Niantic has relaunched its original augmented reality game, Ingress, as “Ingress Prime”. The new version of the game features a number of interface improvements, a fully 3D experience and a rebooted storyline that will change over time as more players get involved. The Dunraven Project live action series will replace the Ingress Report and a new Netflix anime based on Ingress Prime will launch in the future.

The Vampire Hunter Championship is Mikado’s annual tournament for Vampire Hunter: Darkstalkers’ Revenge. Among Darkstalkers fans, Vampire Hunter is considered the slower paced, more methodical entry in the Darkstalkers series. Don’t let that fool you — If rushdown is your thing, there’s plenty of air-dashing, frame trapping, cross up insanity for you to cheer through. And while tiers are considered less compact in Vampire Hunter overall, there’s still some great low tier representation in this tournament.
