EMPEROR COW shares some new footage and impressions of Dead or Alive 6 from the Middle East Games Con

Team NINJA brought Dead or Alive 6 to the Middle East Games Con in Abu Dhabi last month. This allowed players from the region to try out the upcoming game; one of those players was none other than noted DOA player and content creator EMPEROR COW. At the event, they were able to spend a fair amount of time with the build on hand (which was the same one from the Tokyo Game Show event).

The video below contains both EMPEROR COW’s impressions of the game, as well as some matches with them and a few other players from the region, including Kuwait’s Mesharey who helped him in figuring out the game’s mechanics. What follows in the video below is an in-depth look into the game and how it has changed from DOA5.

In addition to this, EMPEROR COW has also done a written break down over on Free Step Dodge.

Dead or Alive 6 is set to launch on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on February 15, 2019.

Heroes of the Storm Interview – Big Changes Incoming!

During Blizzcon the heroes team not only announced a brand-new hero who is the firist hero to come directly from the Nexus, but they also had more about character Role Updates, Boosts changes, Armor changes, and the updates they’ve been working on for both Sylvanas and Stiches. I also had the opportunity to talk to the Lead Hero Designer Matt Villers and Lead Animator Careena Kingdom to get a more in depth look at some of these changes.

BlizzCon: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Blizzcon has come and gone now for 2018 and while we are usually celebrating the awesomeness that is Blizzard, this year turned out a bit different. While some of the announcements still came as a huge surprise and welcome cheers of support by fans, Blizzard fell prey to some of the sad new rhetoric that surround our culture, as well as their own clandestine development messaging. We’ll call it the Immortal Blizzcon that no one will forget. If you have ever been to a show, you will know why.

New World’s Weaver’s Fen Will Chill Your Soul

The New World Facebook page has been updated with a pair of screenshots that show off the spooky, misty Weaver’s Fen. In one, a three-sided stone face stares out of the mist. In the other, bare trees line a path leading up to stairs ascending a great stone wall.

Fallout 76 May Be the Sandbox MMO We’ve Been Waiting For

Yes, it’s true – Fallout 76 limits players-per-world to 24. And to some, that’s going to disqualify it from MMO status off the bat. I get why, I just hope MMO fans don’t write off the game because of this number. Because at its core, it’s the best new online RPG experience I’ve had in ages.

Is Blizzard Out of Touch with Its Players?

To say that Diablo Immortal’s announcement during BlizzCon kicked up a hellish storm of backlash is to understate the storm greatly. Many players feel that the mobile announcement without any other news for the beloved IP is showing that Blizzard is out of touch with its hardcore playerbase. To that end, we want to know what YOU think. We’ve set up a special poll that gives you a chance to vote your conscience and to leave us your thoughts on the subject.
