Ninja Class Now Available for the Xbox One Version of Black Desert

The Ninja class is now available in the Xbox version of Black Desert. He brings high powered, precise attacks, concealment and stuns to the table. In addition to the new class, console players will also find two new guild bosses in the form of Ancient Puturum and Muskan of Madness. Lastly, Marni Stones have been added to give endgame players a boost in leveling past 57.

Outskirts Expeditions Set to Begin in The Division 2 on July 23rd

Starting July 23rd, The Division 2 agents will be heading out of Washington D.C. for the first time when Outskirts Expeditions begin. In addition to expeditions, the July 23rd update will see two main missions open up: Camp White Oak and Manning National Zoo. During each, players will have a number of objectives to fulfill including chasing down big bosses.

Amazon Game Studios Announces a F2P MMO Based on The Lord of the Rings

Amazon Game Studios has announced a collaborative effort with Leyou to bring a new free-to-play MMOG based on The Lord of the Rings to both PC and console at an indeterminate future. There were hints about the forthcoming game during Leyou’s September 2018 “business announcement” where a subsidiary publishing arm, Athlon Games, was revealed. Amazon will be working cooperatively with Athlon in the development of the Lord of the Rings title.

Nintendo Announces Switch Lite as ‘a Device Dedicated to Handheld Game Play’

Nintendo has finally announced its next iteration on the Switch, this time pithily called “Switch Lite”. The new version is considered as being “dedicated to handheld gaming” and features integrated controls rather than joycons. Switch Lite will be available starting September 20th for a retail price of $199.99. It comes in three colors: Yellow, turquoise and gray. A special Pokemon Edition has also been announced that will be available “while supplies last”.
