It seems like the western FGC is enamored with Joe “LI Joe” Ciaramelli these days. Every week, we are getting new interviews and footage with him, and we can’t complain. The ever-affable LI Joe is always well-spoken and has something poignant to say.

This week, Red Bull eSports posted an interview with him at BigE Monthly Battles in Philadelphia. In the interview, LI Joe talks about his motivation for attending the Red Bull Proving Grounds events, and his aspirations for making it into Capcom Cup. He also discusses why he feels that the East Coast is lagging behind other regions in Street Fighter V, and what he believes they can do to step it up.

What’s more is that he covers non-fighting games that you might not have known her to be in, including a run-and-gun title aptly named Cannon Spike, and shows footage of her as a boss character in Final Fight Streetwise.

We are two days away from unleashing the Illuminati on the cast of Street Fighter V. With that, Capcom is preparing everyone for Urien’s release! Today, Capcom has released another edition of the Character Introduction Series for our viewing pleasure.

After the perfunctory introduction of Urien himself, we get a little more information about his proper usage in the game. Capcom was able to explain his V-skill, which adds armor to his special moves, as well as his infamous Aegis Reflector, now his V-trigger–which already has a nasty reputation from Street Fighter III: Third Strike for its juggle, damage, and stun potential.

Lastly, they summarize by reminding people that Urien has no cross-up, but has a lot of potential in aggression.

XusesGB returns with more of his “Evolution of” series: this time, he takes on everyone’s favorite master of guerrilla warfare, Rolento. As always, Xuses leaves no stone unturned, starting with Rolento’s debut within Final Fight, to his debut within the mainline Street Fighter universe in Street Fighter Alpha 2, through to modern times with Street Fighter X Tekken and Ultra Street Fighter 4.

He goes further, using expert play by two people that handled Rolento best, Alienware’s Nemo in Ultra Street Fighter 4, and Razer’s Infiltration, who won an Evolution title with the character in 2012 alongside Laugh in Street Fighter X Tekken.
