Aiming at an early 2016 release, Fractured Space developer Edge Case Games has secured $2.7M in funding from Seasun Games and Mercia Technologies. According to the Terms of use for Black Desert Online for the European and North American regions, IP blocks will be implemented to restrict the player base to those specific locations only. Players from other worldwide locations will have to play the version licensed for that area.
