General: MUD KickStarter Canceled
As of four days ago, the MUD KickStarter initiative has been canceled. The team had been funding MUD through "for hire" work for other projects. During the campaign, however, developers received several offers to create games for other companies. General: Five Things Update 2.0 and The Taken King Can Bring to Destiny
There are two things that I really like about Destiny: its tried and true Bungie combat, and its phenomenal vistas. As I’ve written about in the past, I find the FPS gameplay in Destiny to be engaging enough, and I really enjoy the game’s visuals, but have been unimpressed by its overall approach to content and lack of streamlining.

ArcheAge: Servers to be Rolled Back, Compensation Coming Soon
Trion has announced that ArcheAge servers will be rolled back to the state they were in prior to yesterday’s deployment of the v2.0, Heroes Awaken, update. Many players were unable to log into the game due to a Glyph authentication error. As a result of the rollback, Marketplace purchases and APEX purchases will be refunded. The update will be deployed again today, though utilizing staggered launch beginning with European servers.

ArcheAge: Glyph Authentication Issues Result in Server Outage
ArcheAge servers are currently down for an indeterminate time due to authentication process errors preventing many players from logging into the game to check out the massive v2.0 Heroes Awaken update. According to the latest update from the ArcheAge community team, the issue has been tracked to Trion’s multi-game platform, Glyph, and that the team is working on a solution. Server will remain down until the problem is resolved.
