CCP has posted new information on the Updates page to let players know that the "Mosaic" patch will be deployed on Tuesday, April 28th. Among other things players can expect the following: the new ship skins will arrive for purchase from the in-game store; the overhauled new player experience will arrive; the new 3D star map
The Playstation blog has been updated with the big news that the PlayStation 4 "limited public beta" for Elder Scrolls Online will officially kick off on April 23rd. Players wishing to participate must receive an invitation to take part.
The SMITE team has posted information about the next god to join the pantheon in the form of Ah Puch. The post discusses Ah Puch’s abilities that bring the undead to bear in the game. Ah Puch utilizes Undead Surge, Hollow Ground, Corpse Explosion, and Empty the Crypts to bring enemies to heel.
Scarlet Witch’s level 52 review as well as Black Widow and Hawkeye’s quality-of-life reworks hit Test Center yesterday and I wanted to take this week’s column to discuss my first impressions of Black Widow as she somewhat recently became my new main on live. While I do understand that this is her first iteration on Test Center and as such nothing is final, I have to say that I’m overall disappointed with the changes, even though I get why a lot of changes were made.

I have an interesting relationship with Neverwinter. I used to host a live stream series on our Twitch Channel called the Foundry Focus. Some of you may remember it. Most of you probably not. As any fan knows, part of loving video games is also being disappointed in them every now and then. This week on Tales from the Neighborhood we’re looking at four disappointed blog posts about Neverwinter, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy Record Keeper, and MMO communities in general, along with a couple of very positive posts about RIFT’s new wardrobe system.
Before I go any further with this rant, I need to explain something first, otherwise I’ll get Twitter/Steam/in-game messages asking why I’m still playing ESO. ESO is a great game, with a fantastic company behind it. But it just so happens that this fantastic company has blundered and has the community in a stir. With all the commotion that this blunder has created perhaps it will help Zenimax find better solutions to future endeavors.
The latest Anarchy Online update has been released that features across the board improvements in nearly every game feature. Players can look forward to a new starting area, new ICC headquarters, battlestation updates, changes to the parry/deflect system and new additions to the item shop.
