For those who just can’t get enough Cyberpunk 2077, GoG has you covered with its new “Night City News” page that collects. The goal of the site is to collect and post all the news and updates about the game as they arrive. These guys have the inside track too since GoG is a wholly owned subsidiary of CD Projekt Red, developers of Cyberpunk 2077.

Nintendo Announces Switch Lite as ‘a Device Dedicated to Handheld Game Play’

Nintendo has finally announced its next iteration on the Switch, this time pithily called “Switch Lite”. The new version is considered as being “dedicated to handheld gaming” and features integrated controls rather than joycons. Switch Lite will be available starting September 20th for a retail price of $199.99. It comes in three colors: Yellow, turquoise and gray. A special Pokemon Edition has also been announced that will be available “while supplies last”.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into my work as solace when I was hurt, as calm in the eye of the storm of my life and because I love gaming.

Daybreak Files for New Trademarks: Darkpaw Games & Rogue Planet Games

Daybreak Games has filed for a pair of new trademarks, both in the “computer game software and video game software” categories. One is called Darkpaw Games and the other is Rogue Planet Games. While no definitive information is available about what each subsidiary will be focused on, speculation is that the EverQuest franchise may be part of Darkpaw Games, while the PlanetSide franchise may move to Rogue Planet Games.

Ten years. It’s been TEN-FREAKING-YEARS since I first started as a writer here at MMORPG. In that time, I’ve gone to more events than I can count, written more articles than I ever expected, helped start and end RTS and FPSGuru, revamped GameSpace.com and took it over with the indomitable Suzie Ford, and most importantly – I’ve been able to make something happen that I never thought I could – I made my passion my career. But all good things must come to an end, even I can’t outlast Meridian 59..

Red Dead Online Players Score Big Rewards for Completing 10 Daily Challenges

Between now and July 16th, Red Dead Online players who complete ten daily challenges will take home an Explorer Care Package with a number of in-game items. These include 60 poison arrows, 100 rounds of Varmint Cartridges, Thyme, Wild Mint and Oregano, Prime Beef Joint and Tender Pork Loin, and, finally, Live Crickets and Live Worms. That should be enough to set any cowpoke off on a grand adventure.

Dungeons & Dragons Online Players Can Preview the Project Nemesis Raid

The second Dungeons & Dragons Sharn raid is now on the Lamannia test server and devs are planning a special event to be held on July 10th from 5:00 pm Pacific / 8:00 pm Eastern. During the event, devs will be on hand to hear feedback about Project Nemesis, a level 32 Legendary Raid, and to answer questions that players may have about the current test content.
