Pearl Abyss has announced that Black Desert is heading to PlayStation 4 and that pre-orders will open on July 2, 2019. Those who pre-order will receive a number of in-game rewards and will be able to participate in an early access period ahead of the game’s launch on PS4. The PS4 version will be available in NA, EU, Japan and South Korea on launch.
During today’s Nintendo Direct E3 2019 version, the company announced that a sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in the works! They provided a short, mysterious trailer that gives a forward look at what players can expect. No other information was given.
During today’s E3 2019 Nintendo Direct, it was announced that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – The Complete Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch. No release date was given, but it’s huge news for RPG fans who want the best on the go. This edition was rumored last week and it turns out to be true.
From today through Saturday at 4:59 pm PST / 6:59 pm EST, Sea of Thieves players can get hold of a Halo-inspired Spartan Ship Set. To get it, players will simply need to play Adventure or The Arena ahead of the end time on Saturday. The ship will then be made available in three days or less after the event ends.
This week we delve into an old classic from Petroglyph Games, Star Wars: Empire at War. A game that was released way back in 2006, it took you on a trip as either the Rebellion or the Empire. The game places you between episodes three and four of the Star Wars Trilogies. A real-time strategy game that puts you in the heat of the battle as you build up your bases, fleets, and planetary resources.
AMD made a splash at E3 yesterday, making several big announcements that effect both PC and Console gamers. In one of the more unusual E3 2019 announcements, Tripwire Interactive revealed more about its upcoming open water shaRkPG called Maneater. Essentially, this is GTA V but instead of a two-legged protagonist, players become razor-toothed sharks. The new trailer takes a DEEP DIVE into gameplay that sees players begin as a baby shark (now that tune’s stuck in your head!) and progress through adulthood to become a legendary bull shark.
Final Fantasy XIV is part of today’s Square Enix E3 2019 presentation. During the chat by Naoki Yoshida, he revealed that subscriptions are at an all-time high just ahead of Shadowbringers and that the game has reached over 16M players since ARR launched six years ago.
