BioWare Previews Upcoming Anthem Cataclysm Event

During a live stream earlier today, BioWare developers previewed the upcoming Cataclysm limited-time event. The event will run for approximately six weeks. Players enter a special map that is divided into a number of sections, though there is no set order in which they can be explored. Rewards and activities will change weekly throughout the duration.

Call to Arms Content Update Coming to TERA for PC on June 11th

On June 11th, En Masse Entertainment will be releasing its next TERA content update for PC on June 11th. “Call to Arms” brings the popori brawler into the game alongside a month-long leveling event to help new brawlers get underway. Those who hit level 65 by July 9th will earn the Kitten Hittin’ Mittens weapon skins.

Dave Brevik’s It Lurks Below Game Leaves Steam Early Access

Graybeard Games, the development company founded by David Brevik, has announced that Lurks Below has officially left Steam Early Access after just over a year. Those who wish to purchase the 3D action-survival title can do so for $20. About 500 players have reviewed It Lurks Below on Steam, handing it a 90% positive rating.

Mail.ru Announces a Russian Demo Version of Lost Ark

From today through June 6th, Mail.ru will be running a demo version of Lost Ark in preparation for launch in Russia, presumably later this summer. The full game will not be available during the demo period, but it should give players a good taste of gameplay.

Destiny’s Sword Heads to KickStarter for Its Ambitious MMO

2Dogs Games has announced the start of a modest KickStarter campaign for its ambitious MMO that is centered on both traditional MMO mechanics in partnership with social mechanics that explore the effects of combat on player characters. The “stretch goal” initiative is seeking a bit over $22,000. Developers further announced that the game’s narrative will be penned by best-selling sci-fi author M.D. Cooper.
