Lord of the Rings Online to Kick Off 12th Anniversary Fete Today
When Lord of the Rings Online servers come back up later this morning, players will find that the game’s 12th anniversary fete will have kicked off. Players can look forward to receiving anniversary themed gifts, they may not arrive until April 24th. In the meantime, however, players can keep busy by taking part in scavenger hunts that are part of the anniversary festival.

Anduin Wrynn is Indeed the Next Hero Coming to the Heroes of the Storm Nexus
The Heroes of the Storm PTR has been updated with the newest hero, Anduin Wrynn, coming to the Nexus. Anduin “has come to the Nexus to take his place by his father’s side” and is a ranged healer. According to the patch notes, he brings a several abilities designed to keep his companions healthy as well as “the potential to unleash the Light’s swift justice to enemies on the battlefield”.

The City of Heroes private server that cropped up late last week after the source code for the “secret CoH” server was publicly released has been shut down. In a note copied to the CoH Reddit, the team behind the server said that it had “to be shut down indefinitely” and that the team is “on a direct course for legal action”. As a result, the site and server are gone “to protect the people involved in this project, their families, and their futures”.

Look for the Railmaster with Tomorrow’s Torchlight Frontiers Update
Torchlight Frontiers will be getting a beefy update tomorrow that will see the Railmaster added to the playable characters roster. To make space for him, the number of available characters has been increased from three to five. In addition, a number of fixes will be part of the patch. This includes a fix to overspawns, 2-handed focus tuning, text localization and various, smaller tweaks. Lastly, three new types of monsters will be added from the Putrid family: Warrior, Archer and Slayer.
Help Stress Test Final Fantasy XIV Servers Using the New World Visit System
Square Enix is looking for eager Final Fantasy XIV players to help them test the upcoming World Visit system once it goes live. The test is designed to stress test servers in preparation for the launch of the Shadowbringers expansion. Players are asked to join the “large-scale FATE “A Horse Outside” [that] will spawn at specific times”. There will be a system wide announcement when the FATE has spawned so players can join up.
