IBF featherweight champion Lee Selby (23-1, 8 KOs) will defend his title against former world champion Jonathan Victor Barros (41-4-1, 22 KOs) on January 28 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

British super bantamweight Gavin McDonnell (16-0-2, 4 KOs) will fight Mexico’s Rey Vargas (28-0, 22 KOs) for the vacant WBC title on February 25 at the Ice Arena, in Hull.

WBA super featherweight champion Jezreel Corrales (21-1-1, 8 KOs) outpointed former champion Takashi Uchiyama (24-2, 20 KOs) by a split decision in a rematch on Saturday night at the Ota-City General Gymasium, in Tokyo, Japan.

Yukinori Oguni (19-1-1, 7 KOs) dethroned IBF super bantamweight champion Jonathan Guzman (22-1, 22 KOs) by a 12 round unanimous decision on Saturday at Shimazu Arena in Kyoto, Japan.
Oguni was awarded scores of 115-112 on all three cards.

WBO super flyweight champion Naoya Inoue (12-0, 10 KOs) scored a 6th round TKO over former WBA champion Kohei Kono (32-10-1, 13 KOs) on Friday night at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan.

Light welterweight world champion Terence Crawford has been sentenced to 90 days in jail in connection with a disturbance at an Omaha body shop in April.
The American was led away in handcuffs after being found guilty of disorderly conduct and damage to property for his actions at the body shop where his 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was painted.
