The Korean version of ArcheAge will be updating soon with a lot of attention paid to the PvP system and strengthening nation wars. Players will be able to upgrade structures within contested zones and have flying protectors circling towns within each nation. A new plant-themed dungeon will be included too. Lastly, general player housing has received a bit of love with new designs and locations for building.
ArcheAge: Mistsong Summit Dungeon Coming with Update 2.5
The ArcheAge site is giving players a sneak peek at the game’s next dungeon that is scheduled to be released with Update 2.5. Called Mistsong Summit, the dungeon will come in both Easy and Normal modes, each with their own rewards. Players can look forward to some great new gear, new and challenging tactical fights and new enemies.

ArcheAge: Adopt-a-Friend During the Pawsome Festival
ArcheAge players will have the opportunity to adopt a companion during the upcoming Pawsome Festival scheduled to run from November 14th through November 21st. During the event, players will be sent on a special quest to find and claim any of the following pets: Calico, Seal-Point, Gray Tabby, Orange Tabby, Black Cat, Wolfhound Puppy, Yata, and Elk.

ArcheAge: Scott Hartsman on 2.0’s Stumbles, Lessons Learned, and More
Last weekend, the v2.0 update to ArcheAge was deployed on Trion’s ArcheAge servers. However, Glyph had other ideas and the weekend was fraught with issues. We caught up with Trion CEO Scott Hartsman to find out more about the issues, what will be done and plans for future updates.
ArcheAge: Servers to be Rolled Back, Compensation Coming Soon
Trion has announced that ArcheAge servers will be rolled back to the state they were in prior to yesterday’s deployment of the v2.0, Heroes Awaken, update. Many players were unable to log into the game due to a Glyph authentication error. As a result of the rollback, Marketplace purchases and APEX purchases will be refunded. The update will be deployed again today, though utilizing staggered launch beginning with European servers.
ArcheAge: Glyph Authentication Issues Result in Server Outage
ArcheAge servers are currently down for an indeterminate time due to authentication process errors preventing many players from logging into the game to check out the massive v2.0 Heroes Awaken update. According to the latest update from the ArcheAge community team, the issue has been tracked to Trion’s multi-game platform, Glyph, and that the team is working on a solution. Server will remain down until the problem is resolved.
