Black Desert Online – Account Security May Have Been Breached
The Black Desert Online forum has a new post by Kakao Administrators that warns players that their account security “may have been compromised on a third party website”, though what website is unnamed. Any accounts that have been affected have had their passwords reset. The team is further advising those players to both change their account email and reset their passwords to avoid any security issues. Further, Kakao reminds players to reset similar passwords used on other sites.

Black Desert Online will be coming to Brazil in a fully localized Portuguese version via publisher Redfox. In an announcement yesterday, Redfox revealed that BDO will be buy-to-play. As part of the news, Redfox unveiled the official BR web site for BDO as well as informing fans that more about testing opportunities will be released next week.

After a long string of offenses against roleplaying community by a player named Kimochi, a Black Desert Online GM took matters into his own hands. GM Rothaaz contacted the player in question to discuss his behavior. Rather than outright ban him, the GM suggested a way “redeem” himself through a 501-word Roleplay essay focused on the story of Kimochi.
