The latest weekly Conan Exiles community Q&A has been published on the Conant Exiles Reddit. As always, it covers a number of topics as wide-ranging as hyenas to the dye system to loot and respawn. Of particular interest is the discussion around combat improvements.

This time the tech team takes center stage and reveals the secrets behind how the world was textured in a very short time. This includes both the application of textures as well as how issues since launch have been dealt with.

Conan Exiles has been updated with the latest Early Access patch that brings a number of bug fixes, closes several exploits and over fifty brand new emotes into the game. In addition, some visual improvements and balance / game play fixes are now in place.

During a recent Twitch stream with the good folks over at Gamasutra, Joel Bylos spoke about Conan Exiles. One of the key points was the difference between Age of Conan and Conan Exiles — essentially the difference between an MMO and a survival game with RPG elements.

Funcom has kicked off a great sale for folks who may have yet to purchase Conan Exiles. Steam, Green Man Gaming and other digital retailers are offering the Early Access game for 20% off of the Standard edition and 10% off of the Barbarian edition. Each, of course, comes with all twenty-four updates since EA launched in January.

Funcom devs have posted a cool new survey to ask the Conan Exiles community what they would like to see the team focus on next. Questions include where players would like to see development go next, what currently existing features could be improved upon and what tech aspects need improvement.
