Crowfall: The Minotaur Myrmidon Revealed

WorthPlaying.com has a great new interview with Crowfall Creative Director J. Todd Coleman all about the Minotaur Myrmidon. The Myrmidon will be entering the pre-alpha “soon” and will join the other six Archetypes already in the game.

Crowfall: 12-Hour Live Stream to Feature Big Announcements

The Crowfall team has sent word that it will be hosting a special 12-hour live stream on Monday, June 27th that will show off some new updates, tech demos, content reveals and a ‘couple of big announcements’. The event marks the team’s transition from modular development to building the MMO itself.

Crowfall: The Holy Trinity

Last week Crowfall put out an update named “ANIMATION TECHNO MUMBO JUMBO” (I highly recommend reading it before reading this column in order to make sense of either) talking about how they plan to fix their combat so that it feels responsive. Fortunately, they are getting closer to a solution, unfortunately this is the third fairly serious problem that Crowfall has had to deal with in nearly as many months.

Crowfall: Druid Powers UI & Skills Profiled

The Crowfall team has posted an extensive look at the Druid powers including the philosophy behind them, iFrame powers, technology and mechanics specific to the Archetype and much more. In addition, fans get a first look at the Druid’s Healing and Nuking trays, one of the first classes to embody dual ability trays.

Crowfall: More Than Our Weekend Lover

Just when I was marking out over Siege Perlious Artcraft hits us with “Throne War” (no not another game in the Total War franchise) but rather a scaled down sampling of a full on Crowfall campaign! “The Throne War will be comprised of three factions with plenty of room to spread out and lay claim to multiple keeps. To capture an enemy’s keep, players will need to utilize siege mechanics that can take place over the course of several days with no break except for maintenance.
