The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a new interview with community member “Thorsten”. This individual has spent an inordinate amount of time recreating locations and structures from in and around Elder Scrolls Online. Some of these dioramas are beyond impressive. Thorsten goes into detail about design, finding the right LEGO bricks and much more in the interview as well as providing screens of several of his more notable creations.
Elder Scrolls Online – Update 15 Game-Wide Improvements
When the Elder Scrolls Online Horns of the Reach paid DLC launches (1500 Crowns or as part of ESO Plus), there will be a number of improvements, updates, fixes and additions for the entire game regardless of whether the DLC was purchased. Elder Scrolls Online – Midyear Mayhem Event to Celebrate PvP
Zenimax is inviting players to a new Elder Scrolls Online event called Midyear Mayhem, a PvP-centric event. Players can take part in Cyrodiil, Imperial City or in 4v4v4 arena game play in order to earn rare crafting materials, PvP gear, double Alliance Points and even the Midyear Victor’s Laurel Wreath hat. The event will kick off on July 20th and end on July 31st.
Elder Scrolls Online – Horns of the Reach DLC Previewed in New Blog
A new post has cropped up on the Elder Scrolls Online site to preview the forthcoming DLC called Horns of the Reach. In it, the two new 5-player dungeons are revealed as Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold. In addition, readers are given a brief look at a new PvP map called Arcane University that will be entered into the normal map rotation as well as the new Battlegrounds type called Chaosball. Lastly, changes coming to the base game include quality of life improvements & more.
Elder Scrolls Online – Try Out ESO Plus & Free Crown Crates for Current Members
From July 5th to July 9th, Elder Scrolls Online players who do not use the ESO Plus membership option can try it out for free. By heading to the Crown Store and the “Featured” portion, players can activate the four days of premium membership that includes all DLC, bonus XP, gold, crafting inspiration and trait research, and many other quality of life boons. Current members need not feel left out. Each day of the event, they will receive a free Crown Crate to be delivered July 17th.

Elder Scrolls Online has been updated with the “next chapter to ESO”, Morrowind. Game Director Matt Firor has posted a “Welcome to Morrowind” letter on the ESO site with thanks to the community for their support, feedback and criticism. He lets everyone know that the next months will be focused on improving the game as well as adding “a suite of new content, quality of life and balance updates and DLC game packs”.
