The “Heroic Four” teams have been chosen for the Heroes of the Storm: Heroes of the Dorm tournament finals to be held this weekend. The teams represent four universities in the US: University of Tennessee; University of Texas; Arizona State University; and University of Connecticut and are each seeking for a share of the scholarship prize pool.
Heroes of the Storm: Try Out All Heroes + 50% Bonus XP During Special Event
To celebrate the forthcoming Heroes of the Dorm Championship, players will be able to take advantage of a special in-game event for Heroes of the Storm. During the event, all heroes will be unlocked to try out and level up thanks also to the +50% bonus experience that is being offered from April 8th through April 18th. The Unlocked Heroes Event will run from April 8th to April 11th.
Heroes of the Storm: Tracer Zips Into The Nexus Later In April
The Heroes of the Storm site has been updated with a new “in development” post, detailing the newest Ranged Assassin, Tracer, who will be joining the game on April 19th. Tracer is the first Overwatch character to join HotS and will initially be available to those who have pre-purchased the Origins Edition. Beginning April 26, she will be available for sale to anyone.
Heroes of the Storm: Dehaka & Lost Cavern Map Now Live
Fans of the Swarm will be happy to hear that the newest hero to enter the Nexus, Dehaka, has joined Heroes of the Storm. In addition, the new single lane map, Lost Cavern, is also part of the game as well as the new “ban system”.

Blizzard has unveiled the next map to be added to the Heroes of the Storm rotation that is a fundamental departure from the current maps. Unlike the others, Lost Cavern will have all action taking place in a single land without map objectives, hearthstones, starting area heals and the like removed to keep the action focused.
Heroes of the Storm: Starcraft’s Dehaka Confirmed as Game’s 50th Hero
Blizzard has confirmed that Starcraft II’s Dehaka is set to take his place as the fiftieth member of the Nexus in Heroes of the Storm. Dehaka is a melee warrior with his own unique mount called the Brushstalker.
