Everyone has a fighting chance
The Darkest Dungeon team has taken to the PlayStation blog to introduce its game to the console audience. The article gives readers a look at the "stress-based" RPG that is now confirmed as heading to the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita sometime in 2015. The PC release window has not yet been revealed.
Last night the 2014 edition of The Game Awards was held and it was a super night for fans of all genres and platforms. The winners were announced, some of which are well-known to our readers. Among others, Dragon Age: Inquisition took home Game of the Year and Best RPG, while Destiny brought home Best Score and Best Online Experience, and HearthStone took the Best Mobile/Handheld title.
Back in October, I visited Super Evil Megacorp’s lair where the team treated me to an early look at its mobile MOBA, Vainglory. What I experienced that day got my hopes up for a dynamic, fun, accessible MOBA I could take with me anywhere. Now that the game’s been officially released, I’m happy to say I haven’t been disappointed.
The Game Awards 2014 hosted several new trailers from games many are looking forward to in 2015. Among them, Sony PlayStation showed off a brand new trailer for Bloodborne that features a terrific amount of in-game footage. See for yourself!
Facepunch Studios, the creative minds behind Rust, debuted its next title at last nights Video Game Awards (The Game Awards). Called "Before", the game takes place in the Stone Age and is a stylized game pitting players against wooly mammoths, sabre-toothed cats and every other danger faced by primitive man. During last night’s Video Game Awards, the CDProjekt Red team was on hand with a brand new trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and the news that players will be able to journey through the game as someone other than Geralt. What that means remains to be seen, though some speculate it will be a female character.

Magneto being the owner of arguably, some of the coolest superpowers ever, it’s no surprise MH 2015 is adding him to its villainous roster. As the game’s 41st playable character, he’ll add not only his ahem…magnetism, but the voice of James Arnold Taylor, known for portraying Ratchet, of Ratchet and Clank fame, and Tidus from Final Fantasy X.
