General: Battlecursed Rogue-Like ARPG Announced

Codex Worlds has announced that its party-based, single-player, first person view, rogue-like ARPG, Battlecursed, will be heading to PCs in Q4 2016. Players will lead a four-character group that can consist of Huntress, Cleric, Grave Knight and / or Necromancer.

General: Balrum – Old School RPG Released on Steam

Balcony Softworks has sent word that Balrum, its hybrid, old school, turn-based, open world, indie RPG, has been released on Steam. The game gives players an epic main story with dozens of side quests, a deep crafting system, farming, companion pets and much more.

General: Avalon Lords Base Game Site Now Live

The web site regarding the single player game that will provide the foundation for the upcoming MMORTS Avalon Lords, Avalon Lords: Dawn Rises, is now live. The site provides information about many of the mechanics and units that players can expect when the MMORTS is released at a later date. The single player game will be released on April 28th.

General: Trulon: The Shadow Engine Released on Steam

Head Up Games has announced that its steampunk RPG called Trulon: The Shadow Engine has officially launched on Steam. The story was penned by Shadowrun’s Jak Koke along with Trulon’s Johan Lillbacka. According to press information, the game features 100 NPCs, party mechanics, challenging puzzles, a large bestiary and more.

Perfect World Entertainment has announced an updated Arc client that offers players a chance at daily quests to earn points that can be redeemed for Zen or other in-game purchases.
