Nexon America has announced that First Assault, tactical FPS based on Ghost in the Shell IP, has launched its open beta phase of development on Steam. Along with the game’s arrival of Steam, a significant update was also deployed that previews the Ghost Assault Mode, a new character and much more.

After five years in development, the KickStarter-backed Starcraft Universe, an MMO built using the Starcraft 2 modding tools, has finally hit open beta. The Starcraft Universe team raised nearly $90k via KickStarter and will continue to support the project through an Indigogo campaign.

General: Webzen to Launch MU Origin Today for Mobile Devices

Webzen has announced that MU Origin will launch later today for both iOS and Android mobile devices. Players can take on any one of three classes to explore the game world and to progress their characters through daily quests, story dungeons, arenas and moving through the main quest line.

The NDA for The Elder Scrolls Legends has officially dropped, which means we can finally share our thoughts. General: Tencent Reveals Transformers Online

During ChinaJoy this week, Tencent took players by surprise by revealing Transformers Online. While a teaser site was ferreted out earlier this week, Tencent confirmed that it is an Unreal Engine 4 game in the works. According to MMOCulture, the game will be a “role-based team shooter” similar to Overwatch.
