Collating Data for Next Week’s PS4 / PC Patches
No Man’s Sky Reddit user sam123bir has posted an email he received from Hello Games’ Support team after reporting issues encountered in the earliest days playing. According to the response, both a PlayStation 4 and PC patch are due out next week that “should fix the most urgent and critical issues for all our players”. Subsequent patches will be released after the first one.

Nioh PS4 Beta Demo Available from August 23 to September 6
The Nioh beta demo will be available from August 23rd to September 6th, according to a press announcement from Koei Tecmo Games. The demo will be exclusive for PlayStation 4 and will feature a number of changes based on player feedback from the demo held in April. Players will find new challenges, weapons and more starting money on the way through.
Mass Effect Trilogy Remaster Strongly Hinted by EA Veep
With Mass Effect Andromeda a no-show at this year’s Gamescom, Game Informer cornered EA’s Executive Vice President Patrick Soderlund to ask about the possibility of remastered games in general and about a remastered version of the Mass Effect Trilogy. While not confirming it absolutely, Soderlund strongly hinted that this is something that EA and Bioware are considering which is definitely great news for fans.
