When Neverwinter’s Lost City of Omu debuts, one of its biggest locations will be the undercity, “an exciting new area to explore” in the game. It is said to contain new, fierce monsters, treasure and lost ancient shrines. IN a new developer blog on the NW site, Content Lead Randy Mosiondz and Environment Art Lead Nate Herzog show off the concept behind undercity and how it was implemented to create the right impact on the player.
Neverwinter – Lost City of Omu will Bring New Meaning to Powerful Weapons
The Neverwinter site has been updated with a new developer blog to detail some of the powerful weapons and upgrades players will find when journeying through the Lost City of Omu. To begin with, three new Artifact Weapon Sets will be available in the Zen Store with each set providing a specific bonus. For instance, the Pilgrim weapon set benefits a player depending on how many enemies are being faced, while the Pioneer set provides benefits depending on the number of allies within range.
Neverwinter – Fashionistas Rejoice! New ‘Fashions Bag’ Coming with Lost City of Omu
When the next Neverwinter content expansion, Lost City of Omu, launches, it will come with a new feature called a Fashions Bag. This new inventory tab will allow you to drop all fashion items into it to free up more space from the more fluid main inventory. Players will start with 24 available slots, but it can be expanded 12-slots at a time by purchasing additional rows for Zen.

A new blog post has appeared on the Neverwinter site to address “hot button issues” as identified by the community over the Random Queue feature introduced in the Swords of Chult content addition. Not only are the issues identified, but the team is preparing a number of changes to address many of them.
Neverwinter – Masquerade of Liars Arrives with Tricks & Treats
The annual Neverwinter holiday, Masquerade of Liars, will launch on October 26th and will run through November 1st. During the event, players can take pare in the daily quests called “Trade of Treats” and Lore of Liars. Rewards for participation and earning the event currency include a Wandering Scarecrow, Skeleton, Eye Tyrant Mask, Mask of the Pit Fiend, a new fashion set, a Masquerade Dye Pack and much more.
Neverwinter – Swords of Chult Update Released with Big PvP Changes, New Skirmish & More
Neverwinter PC has been updated with the Swords of Chult chapter that brings some new and updated features into the game. Most notably, PvP has been reworked with Tenacity removed from the game. In addition, armor penetration and control effects have been tuned. Lastly new PvP gear and a Solo PvP Queue have been added.
