Everyone has a fighting chance
If you’ve been out of Riders of Icarus for 60+ days, then you have seven days’ worth of incentives to return during the “A Rider Returns” event. From April 19th through May 2nd, returning players who log in for an hour each day will receive a bounty of free items including designer bags, Lucky Boxes, pets, mounts, outfits and two weeks of free Premium Service to name a few.
Riders of Icarus is finally taking to the skies thanks to the arrival of launch day. After a number of beta events, Nexon America and WeMade Entertainment are ready to unleash the game on Steam or as a digital download.
The Riders of Icarus site has been updated with a look at the forthcoming Trickster class coming to the game as part of the next big content update. The Trickster is part of the Shaling, a race of “gifted young women with exceptional magical talent”. They have eternal youth and are packed with destructive magic.
Riders of Icarus players can take part in the annual Rabbini Hood event that kicks off today and runs through May 9th. Each day players log into the game will reward a special gift such as a Royal Familiar Skin Lucky Box or Weapon / Armor Tempering Stones.
Nexon America has sent word that Riders of Icarus has been updated with the Corruption of Light content expansion. In it, players have a pair of new zones to explore that come complete with new quests and adventures. In addition, players will be able to take part in the Transcendence System that allows them to upgrade and enhance equipment.
Riders of Icarus has been updated with the Corruption of Light. Players will enjoy a higher level cap (55) with a pair of new skills to go with it. In addition, Ellora Sanctuation and Windhome Canyon have been activated. At level 49 players can enter and will find 230 new quests, 2 new Field Raid bosses, the Forgotten Shrine, new familiars as well as legendary dungeons, familiars and weapons.
Riders of Icarus will be getting a hefty update on March 22nd. Called Corruption of Light, there will be a lot of new content to enjoy including the Ellora Sanctuary that is under attack from Chaos Elves. Thereis a new dungeon, three new legendary dungeons and a level cap increase to 55. Add in new mounts to tame, and you have a lot of new adventures waiting on March 22nd.
Rider of Icarus players have from now through March 8th to take part in the Mardi Gras Festival. Completing special daily quests, players can earn All-Crowns Fest Orbs that can trade ten of them in for the Heroic Jester Rabbini.
Riders of Icarus players will have three days of awesome gifts when Ellandfel arrives. Rabbini Hood will be handing out gifts for three consecutive days starting on December 16th and ending on December 18th. Players will receive a level 14 Heroic Armor Tempering Stone, a level 15 Heroic Weapon Tempering Stone and one each Heroic Armor / Heroic Weapon Refining Stone.
December is often about opening gifts and Nexon has a big on in store for Riders of Icarus players in the form of the Ranger’s Fury update heading into the game on December 15th. New content includes a new level cap of fifty, a big new desert biome and the new Ranger class that combines long range and melee combat styles. Tamers can also look forward to nine new creatures to capture.
