Riders of Icarus is on its way to open beta with the commencement of today’s Early Access period. Those who purchased a Founder’s Pack have seven days to check out the game prior to the open beta beginning next week.

A new producer’s letter has been published on the Riders of Icarus site that gives players a look at the open beta itself and at what the team has planned for the months in the immediate aftermath of the open beta.

The latest Riders of Icarus video shows off some pretty fantastic gameplay footage of the adversaries players will face off against in the game. It’s a pretty video with a wide variety of monsters shown. Check it out!

W’ve been dabbling in the closed beta of Riders of Icarus since its first iteration. Each time, Nexon’s latest MMORPG has improved. Nexon has sent word that lucky CBT holders can now check into Riders of Icarus with today’s start of the final testing phase. Testers will be able to log in from today through Tuesday, June 7th. The global NDA has also lifted so players can now write about and stream their experiences in RoI that will be kicking off early access on June 29th.

The classes in Riders of Icarus are showcased in the latest trailer released by Nexon. The Guardian, Priest, Assassin, Wizard, and Berserker all receive a brief look in the trailer alongside a signature move. Check it out!

Riders of Icarus is an upcoming free-to-play MMO by game developer WeMade and publisher Nexon. Icarus puts an interesting focus on mounted aerial warfare, reminding me a bit of the Panzer Dragoon game series.

The third and last closed beta event for Riders of Icarus has been dated. From June 2nd through June 7th, players can look forward to new game play updates and alterations that have been applied due to tester feedback from previous tests. In addition, those who have taken part in this and previous tests will be awarded Silver Dragon or Gold Dragon capes when open beta launches in July.
